The Penthouse is well located with excellent transport links to central Manchester. Great walks in area, especially along the Canal. The staff who greated us were excellent, the were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. It is very well appointed, was very clean and modern. Would recommend The Penthouse as a place to stay.

This immaculate penthouse apartment is ideally situated in the centre of Sale. A short distance from Manchester City Centre, the local motorway network, and the Cheshire countryside. Manchester United and Manchester City football stadiums are also a short distance. Perfect as a base for business or pleasure.

Situated in Sale in the Greater Manchester region, The Penthouse Sale features a terrace and free WiFi. Parking for 1 car is provided at the rear of the property with additional secure parking available for a surcharge.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with electric double ovens,a dishwasher, an American style fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered water, a washing machine and a coffee machine. A Samsung 75-inch smart Ultra HD TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime is featured. Bed linen and towels are provided.

A coffee shop is located on the ground floor of the building. The roof terrace fire place can be used and logs can be delivered by prior arrangement and for a surcharge.
